Grant Williams

Grant brings an engineer’s discipline, an MBA’s business perspective, and 25 years of permitting and project management experience to every property entrusted to Wyoming Peak.

As a ranch and USDA meat processing plant owner, he understands the operational, financial, and regulatory realities of agricultural and investment properties. His experience spans Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho, with expertise in both short- and long-term rental management.

Dylan Todd

Dylan combines advanced education in environmental science and emergency management with 15 years of construction management experience and an active contractor’s license.

His background as a professional wildland firefighter and U.S. Forest Service property manager supports sound decision-making in demanding environments. He has also owned and managed a successful gun shop and shooting range and brings practical expertise in tactical instruction, welding, and heavy-equipment operations.
